bubblespice - may want to avoid on eBay, very slow shipping, lies, etc

I'm not sure if this seller will pop up with more ponies but I wanted to put a word of warning since I didn't have a great experience with them. They only had 1 MLP listing and then a bunch of other random stuff so not sure that they are a regular pony seller.

I did receive my package with everything as pictured and if they would have been honest about just being delayed in shipping that would have been one thing but they gave me a false DC # and then lied twice about shipping. The package was sent 15 days after I paid (and I paid right away). They are only 2 states away so shipping should have been quick.

Nov 14 - Did BIN and paid right away (auction said estimated delivery on or before Nov 19th)
Nov 19 - estimated delivery date in auction came and went
Nov 20 - got eBay notice that my package was being shipped and a DC # link was added in the order details
Nov 23 - no package and not even showing as accepted by post office on the DC link so I sent seller a message

Hi there! I was wondering if my package has been shipped yet? The estimated delivery date was the 19th which was 4 days ago. The tracking number wasn't available until the 20th and it still doesn't show that it's even been received at the post office yet. Please let me know the status when you have a moment. Thanks!

Nov 23 - they reply promptly with

i apologize for the delay, the package was shipped 5+ days ago... I don't know if the holiday packages are slowing down the shipping, I have noticed that a lot of the shipments have been taking longer than usual.
i'm very sorry, please keep me posted and let me know if you do not receive your package.

Nov 27 - still no package and nothing on the DC link showing that the package has even been taken to the post office.

Hey, still no sign of my package and there is still nothing even showing on the delivery tracking that indicates the package was accepted at the post office. Do you know for sure that the package got mailed? I know sometimes when dealing with a lot of package one will fall out of the box, slide under the seat of the car, that type of thing. Did the label get printed through Paypal or did you mail it at the post office and then enter the delivery confirmation number later on? Just trying to think of reasons why nothing is showing for tracking since it's still not here. Thanks,

I have contacted the post office about your package. They do have it, apparently, it did not go out with the other packages to their main office due to some technical difficulties at their office. they assured me that it has now been sent and tracking should be available within 24 hours. I am so sorry for the delay

I don't get any replies after this, I send another similar message to them 2 days later again asking for the shipping receipt with no replies also.

Dec 1 - receive package mailed by Priority mail with a different DC number and printing date of Nov 25th on the click n ship label. DC shows that they actually took the package to the post office on Nov 29th, so 4 days after actually printing the label, 15 days after I paid and the day after I asked for a scan of the receipt.

So I did get my items but after thinking it through I ended up leaving this seller a negative. If they had been honest that would have been one thing but lying that it was already mailed and then again saying that the post office had the package when it was sitting at their house an extra 4 days with the printed label on it is just not good selling practice in my book.

Thanks for the heads up about this seller . I'm glad to hear you got your item in the end, but what a lot of messing about! it would haved saved a lot of hassle if the seller had just been honest with you about late shipping in the first place *sigh*

Jeez what a hassle! I don't know why they have to lie when they know they will get caught out as the date it was shipped will be on the parcel

I'll never understand why people jerk buyers around and lie about stuff like this when it's so easy to catch them in the lie.  Do they think that after a situation like this that the buyer isn't going to look at the postage paperwork?
