Question about G1 Baby Ballerinas

So, I was looking through a MLP wiki at the G1 Baby Ballerinas as I hope to complete my set of them soon, and I was confused when I came across this: http://mylittlewiki.org/wiki/Baby_Soft_Steps

Baby Soft Steps, here she is shown with a yellow leotard, but if you look down on the right in the catalog photo, she is wearing a dark blue leotard. I really like the way she looks in blue better, since in yellow she looks a lot like Baby Sweet Steps, but I don't know if that was just a mistake? Or was Baby Soft Steps actually released with a blue leotard at one point? I'd love to hunt her down!

The yellow leotard matches the production run.  I've ever seen one in blue, it was probably a one-off prototype.

Those darn prototypes! It's always disappointing to find out there was a prototype and we will never find it.

However if you want an EXACT replica, I recommend you to commission Isabella_Klien or pinkkittywinks on here, their repros are amazing!

Yeah, I don't think he was ever released that way either which is disappointing - she'd look so pretty in blue.

Her hair in the catalogue is much more blue as well than the aqua she actually came with. Super cute but I actually quite like her the way she was actually  produced as well.
