Need some help with reroot

Okay, so I decided to customize my Cleo! I was wondering how much hair I would need from the dolly hair website? and any suggestions on colors/design thanks!

I would say hair color would have to depend on what sort of style/feel you're going for and which version of Cleo it is.

For the dolly hair hanks, for most styles two RD hanks is sufficient. If you are going super long you might need three. It's possible you could get away with one on a very short style, but I find it's better to have extra then not enough, plus it's often a bit easier to use slightly longer plugs and cut the hair afterwards then too short and have hair constantly falling out of your grip.

Thank you so much! I'm not sure I was thinking of sticking with her theme and doing an Egyptian style so I'm unsure of what colors to use!

I personally have never used less than two hanks of RD or dollyhair to do a MH head.  But I always add plugs to the head and make the length a little longer so I can style it.

Yeah. If you're doing long hair you could easily use 2-3 hanks. I just meant that you might be able to get away with one on a short hair cut (like, chin length).

I think the amount of hair used depends on each person and how much hair they usually put in a plug/how many extra plugs they add. Also, some of the dolls seem to have smaller heads than others. For instance, The Skull Shores Draculaura has a noticeably smaller head then the Fearbook/Picture Day Draculaura.

No, an RD hank is different from a 38" hank. RD hanks are specific to saran hair at Dollyhair, though. Not sure what would be the best equivalent in nylon.

ooohhhhhh I see. No wonder I couldn't find it! haha. So is saran easy to style like nylon?
