Carousel Boutique spotted in Australia!

Apparently the only release countries were UK, US, CA and NZ. But when I went shopping the other day, I saw them in Big W in AUS. I thought "Hmm, strange." They're $50 each! It comes with Sweetie Swirl and Rarity. Next time I get paid, I'll go get one!
