Where Did This Alice In Wonderland Doll Come From?
« on: April 27, 2014, 05:39:45 PM »
I think I'm starting to become obsessed with Alice In Wonderland.  I mean I had the two books before but sometimes I see other people's random collections and sometimes I decide I want to collect that stuff too.

Anyway, a guy had a huge wall devoted to Alice In Wonderland stuff and he had this doll.  I googled and found it but I wouldn't know where it came from, like what store.  I think I saw something like playmates.  I don't know if it's an older doll or newer.  Any ideas?

Here is the doll, it's so cute...I want it.

I have that doll! I got her many years ago! I think maybe 6 years ago? I'm pretty sure I got her in high school. I think I found her at TRU and my mother picked her up for Christmas. I still have the box too, but that's in storage right now.

Darn, she's that old.  :(

I found more info on her.  Apparently she was released as a set with other dolls, they were read along dolls.  Here's a pic of her in the box:

The version I posted is the same doll and comes with the same stuff but the only difference is it's a read a long doll that comes with that book from what I can tell.  The line of dolls is before once upon a time.  It had baby versions of disney princess dolls.

Yeah. She is that old. I've had her for a long time. I graduated high school 6 years ago and I know I had her before I met my fiance 4 1/2 years ago so I'm thinking I got her Christmas 2007 at the very latest.

I don't remember her coming with a book. I displayed her with everything and I never displayed her with a book, but I dunno. It's been a very long time since I first got her. Haha.

Edit: That's the exact doll I have. She didn't come with a book.

Thanks. :)  Oh well.  I think there were two versions, one that came with a book and one that didn't.  :)
