I have been a business person for years so I have already written a nice note to the buyer explaining things. The buyer NEVER asked for a refund just said the lot was "disgusting" and " in bad condition". Any pony person I have ever dealt with would say my ponies are wonderful...even my baits They said I lied abut the condition...?? and complained about how long it took in the mail when it was mailed quick after payment (they didn't pay for shipping).....and then they threatened the Negative Feedback because they want to be "Honest Buyers" when leaving feedback.....????
