I think I'll leave contacting Mattel as a last resort, especially if I'll most likely have to send her in to get a refund/replacement. I can see why that's their policy,
Thanks for all the wonderful advice, guys. ^_^ I went to Kohl's tonight and they had two Clawdeens left, so I was able to get one with good eyes.I still have the one I bought the other night at Dollar General; I was planning to return her to DG, but do you think I should write to Mattel before I return her? I was thinking it can't hurt to let them know about the issues; maybe it'll make for better quality control with future releases. What do you guys think?
