Yes, they were sold a few years back.  They talked, I thought they were rather cute but I don't think they sold very well.

They were fun.  They had electronic ports so they knew what they were wearing and would comment upon it.  The one I had was a rock n' roll singer from Australia.  Unfortunately their legs are that weird melty bendable plastic that breaks down over time.  I just recently got rid of mine.

hum, I don't know if they'll fit on MLP. I think they're much bigger than regular MLP and def. bigger than the regular G4.

Not sure on the fashion style, it's possible but I know they are taller than ponies. I think they're around 9 or 10 inches tall

I remember them! I loved visiting their website back in the day (this was around 2002/2003). I thought the toys were neat but never got any of them.

I wouldnt imagine there is much value in it so I think you should be fine to open and see if you can make it work on a pony...I am loving the hat!
