My first custom using Apoxie Sculpt

I received a commission through Etsy requesting sculpted clothing like my Kakashi pony (which turned out to be a nightmare because of the shrink/swell of the plastic under the sculpey), and I knew immediately I needed to give Apoxie Sculpt a try.  There was no way I was going to lose this commission for lack of supplies!!  Lots of fun with clay and a dethroned Shining Armor later and we have this little guy :)

The barcode on the back of his neck is an actual tattoo on the person he was modeled after

And his head still turns :) Super proud of the eye symmetry by the way!! :D

Oh man, I love working with it!  The texture is great and smoothing it out is a dream with a little bit of lotion.  I think looking at other people's comments and advice really helped so I was able to avoid certain things going into it.  I don't think I'll be going back to sculpey any time soon...
