You have to cut around them with an xacto knife. Shallow cuts. Patience. A few hours spare time. Pull on them every so often, but be careful you don't tear the wings off. They are basically wings with a square plug base glued into a square cavity in the body.. They suck to remove.

I wondered how they came out also! I wish that would of made them a little fatter and not skinny looking.

I placed mine in some boiling water to soften the plastic, slowly (and carefully!) cut around them with an xacto knife, and gently pulled them off.

That is what I've been doing, so I'll just keep at it then. Thank you! I've tried some acetone and I'll give boiling a try too.

Yeah, all the princesses are like this. To give you more of an idea, here is
Ren-Ren's previous thread working on a Cadence. Very similar in customizing style (getting to the tail under the wings).

I cannot stress how important it is to BE CAREFUL when customizing Celestia. I've cut myself twice because of her.
