I'm guessing the one with the brighter pink is rehaired... I always thought she had the same hair as Peachy.

I thought she was meant to have darker hair. The ones in the gallery are dark. The Uk version has the same as peachy.
I brought both these Italy girls in the UK mind. xD
The lighter hair was in a lot with her shell and accessories i brought a couple of years back. I did not realise the difference til getting the other not long ago.

my Italian girl has the dark hair. I always assumed the seaponies with the lighter pink hair were just uk releases.. now I know they aren't I will have to find the light haired version to... bugger!

I have noticed with uk/ usa releases there are 2 versions of the same pony in both adults and babies, one has more plugs than the other and the colours very slightly.. maybe the italians are the same

they both look italian to me :) do they have a tail fin stamp? if i remember correctly they have a capital I stamped under their fin.

does either pony have a loose head?

i always thought she had the darker non fading pink coloured hair. i wonder if perhaps she has faded due to time spent in bath water, though on saying that her pink fin paint would be faded as well ? however if she was a variant it wouldn't surprise me.

How curious! Doesn't one of the other Italy sea ponies have a variant as well? (blue with yellow/pink hair) So I wouldn't rule anything out at this point!
