Paid 11$ for mine recently, but she's pretty much perfect with all her factory curl.
Of the single Newborns, I'd say she's one of if not the most desirable.  If her body is unmarked, I think you could probably get 4$ for her fairly easily from someone who was willing to rehair.  Newborns are pretty fast to fix in that sense.
