Facebook business page help?!

Hi ponies,

I have a business facebook page and the problem is notes! 

I really need a little help and advice, i have not been able to find the answers online or on facebooks help page. I found one tutorial online, i followed it and nothing has changed I have messaged the FB help desk, but i am not sure if they will get back to me.

When i try to look at my notes or anyone elses notes, i automatically get redirected to my own home page..... this only happens when i am logged in to my account. if i repeated click and click and click and click (for at least five minutes! ) eventually the page lingers on the notes app for long enough for me to click "write note".

I managed to add notes last night, by clicking like mad, but i need to edit the note......

Has anyone else had this problem? or had a similar problem with their fb page? or am i just being thick and the answer is really simple!

Hmm ... I have no idea, and I can't get on to Facebook at work to poke around and find out.  Maybe someone else has insight?

i have figured something out, but i have a feeling it is "the long way round" i can veiw and edit my notes if i view my facebook as a guest, click on notes to view them and THEN log in... it then allows me to see my notes and edit them.

Let me go visit my FB bussiness page and see if I can help ya...

I don't even SEE an option for notes  but for your page, I see the thing about a BA and a huge list of...stuff

tiki ~ i had to add notes as an app first, then add it to my "bar" were your likes and photos are from there you should be able to edit it, if it is working right!
