Streaming Video Game plays

So, there's this place called TwitchTv. They do streaming video of people playing video games.

My brother's started trying to cast there, and as an unknown favor to him, I'm posting here to try and get him a little more help. He's had a hard time of it, he lost his job three years ago and hasn't been able to find one since - he's facing bankruptcy, and on top of that our uncle (who hurt him badly as a kid) is being released from jail this month.
