As a child the only dolls I had were Flower Fairies. I had loads - fairies, playsets, the horse, pixies, the squirrel. I saw them occasionally popping up on eBay but always got outbid.

But looky who arrived today

Almond Blossom, I saw her on eBay as a BIN, probs a bit overpriced but my OH had a look and said she looks like me and pressed the BIN button (She DOESN'T look at all like me  )

Oh my goodness, she's adorable! How pricey do those things run and about what size are they? I'd love to collect them!

I think I had a couple of the dresses from these as a kid, but unfortunately none of the dolls.

They are 17cm/just under7" tall. I got her for £6.95; similar to ponies, the rarer ones can run to several times that but you can pick them up for a couple of £££ off eBay. I have NO idea which ones are rare, only thing I have to go by are the prices for completed listings on eBay as I can find no info on them at all apart from GOTD.

The small accessories seem to be quite tricky to find, the little flower pots and stuff from the playsets, plus the wands (I had a silver wand that I sold a few years back *kicks self* )

They have wired knees so their legs to bend a little although I am slightly wary of bending them too much as one of the ones I had as a child had the wire poke out

I would LOVE the horse and carriage. I had that as a child

I also had a wishing well and flower garden which you coloured in yourself, but I can't find any info at all The playset I am desperate to find though is the Healing Mushroom set...

I had the squirrel friend too, up until a couple of years ago. No idea what happened to it but got a horrid idea my ex kept it with the rest of my stuff

I'm eyeballing a couple more bits on eBay as Almond Blossom is stood on the shelf by my TV and just looks so lonely by herself....I tried putting her with Spectra but neither of them looked amused.
