I use this one. Little pricey, the fabric tends to crinkle,  and the tripod doesn't really work for me (because of my setup and the size of my ponies, not because there's anything inherently wrong with it), but it still gives me better results than going without.

Ala, I  used regular energy saver lights. Even through printer paper, it gave enough light to work with, though wax paper would have been better in allowing more light I think. I only had one light, but it still helped to diffuse the light from the flash really well. I got better pictures than just using my flash or house lighting alone. I need to buy two more cheapie desk lamps and some wax paper though.

LOL mine is just 3 sheets of 11x18 bristol board and a lamp from ikea.

awesome, yeah I feel like I wasted $20 on these lights... I might see if I can sell them for anyone that's looking for kinda cool flexy snake LED lighting
