Is the Winx SDCC blue TRU exclusive hard to find?

It's higher on eBay, but only $30 at TRU. Just wanting to see if it's worth trying to find at TRU or not?

I'd say give it a shot. Sometimes they restock her on the website so I assume she's findable in stores.
