I would report it Chip. I have had photo's stolen in the past and have emailed the person, giving them the benefit of the doubt. And all I have gotten is snarky remarks back so I don't waste my time any more, I just report it. Ebay will look into it and remove the listing.
I agree with the watermarking thing too. It seems like this is the only way to go. How in the world did you discover this? So sorry, what a pain. Also there is a way to disable right click on ebay photos but its html and it has to be done with turbo lister. You can find the html code by doing a search for: Disable Right Click on Photos in the Ebay Guides.
