Birthday Commission? :)

Hello all you wonderful custom artists! As I mentioned in a past "Show me" thread, I really want to commission someone for a Native American(northern) based pony. My birthday is coming up very soon next month and I will be 21! so needless to say I want to do something special for myself :> I've looked through the commissions thread many times and frankly, I just can't pick from such a huge list. Haha

For a base, I want either G3 or G4. This will be my first time ever commissioning for a custom so I'm not sure what information the artist would need. I would love to hear from anyone interested!
