Where do you go to ID G1 accessories?

In particular... brushes and combs?

I have always used Lady Twilight's website in conjunction with Ponyland tours. They are both absolutely brilliant websites and have proved very useful to me over the years however they are both lacking some information and also show conflicting information. I am also finding it very difficult to tell the difference between ten or so blue butterfly brushes that are listed

Is there any more comprehensive information out there? Of course I understand this is really difficult as ponies were released with different coloured accessories all over the world.

I just thought I'd ask how other people ID which brushes and combs they have

I have put my own list together via MIBs that I and a couple of friends have owned - between us we managed everyone bar about a half dozen ponies...it has however taken me years to do it unfortunately and I have never had an opportunity to put the lists online yet.

As to existing website sources - the 2 you mention, plus the Wiki, are beyond doubt the best resources out there I believe.

I usually use Lady Twilight's site, and when in doubt I attempt to track down a MIB pic. Sometimes that is easier said than done though....

chrissytrees accessory spreadsheet is also amazing, even though it doesnt have pics, it tells you what goes with who. I use it all the time as well as the other sites mentioned.

 I started the accessory ID on ponylandtours for the very reason of trying to keep track of my accessory collection and which comes with which.

I know I'm missing some info - I've been trying to get working on that part of the site again for a while now. Problem that most of my info comes from MIB and MOC pictures that I've saved from eBay over the years. Sometimes it's hard to get a good clear picture of the accessories from them. Plus like you said accessories varied from country  to country and even package to package sometimes.

Oh I ll third the Ivy love!!! Honestly the work you do on that is epic! Its been super helpful to me when I have been cross checking and trying to suss things out...
