Got the wrong size clothes for MSD, help?

So a week or so ago, I ordered this :

I hadn't realized it was for SD, rather than MSD! Luckily the seller hasn't shipped, but in case I can't return it, is there any chance it will fit on  a (male) msd?

As long as it's good condition (I've had issues getting things from monstro and they be crap, but if you can confirm that it's good condition, then I'll buy it off you for what you paid)
