Teeeny Tiny Doll Stands
« on: August 19, 2012, 03:48:39 AM »
Hi, just a quick question: Does anyone know where I can get a whole bunch of little doll stands, or a great way to make my own?

Looking for stands to display my growing army of mini lala's. At the moment The only way to display them well is to get my MH to hold them up.

look for the Docolla stands from Jun Planning/Groove minis? i know a lot of craft stores like Joann's and Michaels have tiny stands, but i'm not sure if they'd work for THAT tiny of dolls ...

Do you think Polly Pocket stands would work? (I don't have a mini Lalaloopsy to test it out on mine)
I took a break from the Arena from a couple months due to school and other things in my life. But I'm back now!

Mintymints - thanks for the link it's really helpful! Just need to work out how to attach the wire to a base for displaying inside, and finding a small enough base, and getting it to balance right. (Maybe a big flat button would work?)

kamakazee82 - The little pullip/dollca stands are great because they can be adjusted, only problem being is they are too thick and it looks like the little dolls are just..hanging there by their necks, looking uncomfortable XD they do however do the job, just not so gracefully. But thanks for the tip anyways, I had clean forgot about them!

JigglesTheCat - Not so familiar with Polly Pocket myself, but from my quick search it seems the stands work by clasping onto the dolls feet? Wouldn't work with mini Lala's and their dangly feets i'm afraid :(
