Customizing Tips for Hairstyling? Pics appreciated!
« on: August 06, 2012, 07:27:28 PM »
Hello, everyone!  I posted a few days ago that I was doing a trio of G3 Twilight Sparkle ponies.  Twi, of course, has bangs.  I have a ways to go before hairing these girls but I'd love your advices on how to do some good looking bangs with Dollyhair!  Pics appreciated.

Some alternate hairlines can be found there, along with sample pictures. Might be of some use.

hmmm bangs....I've only done three- but what I do is make holes with my rerooting tool and go along the head line at the top- bring the hair forward (I rehair like normal), then when I boil it flat, I put a piece of ribbon around the hair to keep the bands laying down nice and even- air dry and cut to desired length ;)

these are older ones of mine, but gives you an idea- next time I'll do a couple rows to make the bangs thicker

That's some great advice and it looks like it would work well!  Thanks for the pics (the customs look terrific, by the way!)
