Hank Green & I Don't Have a favorite pony song

So, yesterday my best friend kidnapped me and surprised me with tickets to see Harry and the Potters, The Potter Puppet Pals (who I LOOOOOVVEE) and some guy named Hank Green.

He started out singing a cool Harry Potter song and I was like "he's cool." and having a good time and then he sang this

Then the audience (200? people) got into a friendly yelling match yelling "Pinkie Pie" and "Fluttershy" and then Hank talked about Applejack for a bit and it was so funny. I just adore him now and must download this song off iTunes...

He has got to be my favorite person on youtube. At Vidcon (it's a youtube convention, he and his brother, John, have it every year), he song this song while wearing a brony shirt. I'm sure I can find it on tumblr somewhere...

Hank Green and his brother (very successful young adult novelist) John Green are very entertaining! And they're very on the pulse of the Internet and what's new and exciting in it. They have great YouTube vids.

They also have a few side channels. Hank has his own channel, and a gaming one. There's one with science news and biology/history. Hank also has a web series that's the modern version of Pride and Prejudice. There's even an internet quiz show called Truth or Fail. I, of course, am subscribed to all of them. I even used all of my extra time last summer to watch all the videos (which was only about 750 at the time) on their main channel, vlogbrothers.


okay im done being off topic now. slightly on topic, i was one of the hipster kids who heard the song on tumblr when he released him playing it for the first time.

I love them too, and we alll went crazy when he started playing the Mysterious ticking noise. I highly recommend seeing them live.

Thanks for the info on Hank, like I said, everyone else seemed to know who he was which made me feel old, but I was far from being the oldest person there I will check out some of his stuff for sure.
