Jazz, how does the black light help find paint flaws?

Rather well in my opinion especially when it came to magenta satin and lace's blush! I didn't realize she had any until I put her in blacklight

So I dug around and found a blacklight to use (yay!) And discovered something interesting:

(Sorry about the crappy cel phone pic) It's the first release playful pony Cherilee and the one that came in the School pony pals set. They do not have head/body mismatch but they glow differently under blacklight
