This is a picture of my Daddy sweet Celebrations:

I got him from an ebay lot, I think the person said that they were selling their girl friends collection off and he came with salty in the set. then a few months later I got another copy of him that was totally different from a different seller (I did not want to copies I wanted another pony that camewith him) below is the picture only picture i can get of him as I sold him on ebay a couple of weeks ago

Apart from the fact it took me at least two months to notice they were totally different.

At first I thought that one had been rehaired but neither head looks to have ever been removed and the hair is deffinetly secured in place, the symbols are also different coloursand when you look at their eyes one is more defined than the other. also when I got the my version he had litterally just come out of storage judging by the smell he came with.

does anyone have any ideas or the same version?????? Ihave looked on ebay for another copy but they all seem to look like the one that I sold recently.

Possibly a variant from another country. What does it say under his hoof?

#1 looks like he's Spanish / NC.  His eyeliner looks it, at least!

Wow interesting!

I had the second one.  Are they the same size?  height?  My DSC was taller than my Chief BB and I thought it was weird.

the top one looks like the no country version because of the eyeliner for sure
and the bottom one looks like the made in china version
there is also a made in Hong Kong version that has lighter blue presents and darker pinky/purple ribbons
His back hoof that is further back should have no marking on it (or it could possibly say SPAIN on it IDK they usually just don't have a stamp??)

I've had mine since childhood, and he's got the pink presents.

He does not have any markings under his feet specifiying a country origin.

gabumon: (so my fav digimon btw) I cannot remember if they were the same size and cannot compare now sadly but he is slightly taller than my steamer on both his back and front end.

As far as I know, there are 3 versions, Hong Kong, China, and No Country/Spanish.

That being said, I have 4 in my collection:
HK1, HK2, C, NC

The slight differences in the 2 HK's are likely due to fading.

Yes the first one certainly looks like a "No Country" Daddy Sweet Celebrations - congrats on your nirvana pony!
