To MIB or M with B

Hello all. I just won a MIB Comic-Con 2008 MLP for what I feel is a good deal of $20. So I have a question....The item is MIB, but you cannot see the pony inside if she is in the box. So do I leave her MIB or do I take her out and have her as mint with box?

For me, there's no point having the pony if you can't see her, she might as well not be there So I've taken mine out of their boxes but then again I debox everyone (no rare G1s before anyone starts lol) So if I were you I'd take her out and display her with the box so you can see her

I debox all of my ponies, and if I ever get this year's SDCC pony, I'll do the same. They don't mean as much to me if I can't see them well or style them and such. At the end of the day, they're toys, and they were meant to be taken out of their boxes. That being said, if I ever came across a MIB g1, I'd probably pass it up because I couldn't resist deboxing it!

But it's your collection, so do whatever makes you happy!

Once you buy something, it doesn't belong to the "collector community", it belongs to you.  And you can do with it what you like. ^^

I got the SDCC 2008 pony, and she immediately came out of that box.  The ONLY pony I'm iffy on pulling out is Pony.  Then again, I was ready to cut the tape and my boyfriend went all "NOOOOOO, LEAVE HER IN THERE!!!!"

My husband has insisted that our Pony will be coming out of her box.
"You don't want her to end up like the Prospector!"

well it all depends. its your collection.  i  dont really have many mib ponys. the only only thats in her box is the  fair pony fromt his year and she will stay in it.   dont wnat anything to happen to her.  but peronally  it all depends on the pony if i'd take it out. if i  got like a 2nd pony that i already had one of i'd leave one in box.  but  if its going  into your personal colelction and you have no intetion of reselling it  take her out.  but if she ame in a bag in the box..  then  pull her out.  bu t i dont think tis right if the box  you cant see whats in it  to keep her in there.

I am usually a loose & complete kind of gal but with my Comic Con and Fair I like them in box so it just goes to show its all an individual thing.

The only important factor is for you to display them how they make you the most happy.

I'm so weird that if I intend to buy something MIB, but I also want something to handle I have to have two. I could never debox  something I would feel bad, but if I have one to hold I feel better. Hooray for spending more money.

Take her out and keep the box! As long as you keep her looking nice, you can enjoy your lovely girl and box her up if you ever need to.
