Possible Amazon problem

So first of all, I can sign into "my" account with two password (same email). Both are my passwords, but one links the account to "Debbie" (my mom's name) and one links it to my name, with my orders. Is this normal/can it be fixed?

And now the real possible problem.

The seller has two feedbacks, one is a 5 star and one is a 1 star. I believe the 1 star person has the same problem as me, because it says "Still haven't got it". Which makes my problem pretty obvious. On the 5th, I bought a MIB Liv School's Out Alexis doll from the seller. On the 9th, they shipped with no tracking or anything. The email says she was supposed to get here by the 27th. I am now extremely frustrated, ticked off, and worried. I've never had anything take this long to arrive and I'm starting to feel she'll never get here and I've been scammed.

I've checked the address over and over, and its correct. Even if it was shipped via UPS and not put in our mailbox, someone has ALWAYS been in the living room during decent hours (as in when people leave to go to bed, its 3-4am and someone else gets up around 7-8am I think). We've never gotten one of those things saying we missed a package. Someone could have stolen it if the delivery person was a moron like usual (ring the doorbell once, drop the package on the welcome mat, and be gone in less than 10 seconds), but I can't think of any time someone wouldn't at least be able to hear the doorbell/knocks and go look.

I've never had a problem on Amazon, and I'm really clueless about what to do. Is it possible to get my money back? I used a non-reloadable Visa gift card I got for my birthday, so how would they refund it? Just give me "Amazon credit" or something? I'm feeling pretty desperate because I can't find this doll in stores and I can't afford a stamp so there's no way I could buy a different one. And Livs have been discontinued, and stores seem to be trying to get them out as fast as possible.
