Some help comparing Dolly Hair

There's a pony that I've had in my head for awhile now, but haven't had the time or money to devote to trying my hand at customizing again. (I think I was a little afraid of my newbie mistakes on my first few, but I'm ready to get back on the horse again as they say. )

Anyways, what I need is a color that is a deep, almost blood red color. If I at least know which color name to look for, I can order it from Dolly Hair. The color "Venom" is a bit too pinky from what I can tell from the website, but it is almost the color that I need. Is there anything similar that has a bit less pink/purple and a little more of a deep red color that is still bright?

Cherry pie is a deep crimson red, if you've ever had a cherry pie when you cut the pie open, it's super comparable to the cherry pie filing

My first thought was Cherry Pie too.  That or Vampire Kiss, which is a darker red, not as pinky as Venom (it's even described as a 'true blood red'  I have some at home, it does look blood red)

Just by looking at the cherry pie on the site, it seems a bit bright, but I think I can get the color pallet I'm looking for if I maybe blend Cherry Pie with Vampire Kiss, maybe. Thanks Alatariel-Silimaure and Prismatic!

Hmmm, my Vampire's Kiss is kind of a medium chestnutty brown colour, and not close to blood red at all. Cherry Pie is definitely what I'd call closest to a true blood red. Venom is like a deep red wine colour.

I also compare the pics on mylittlecustoms to the ones on dollyhair when I'm not sure about a colour. I think they tend to be a little more true to colour.

Cherry Pie and Vampire Kiss make a gorgeous blend.
