You could probably melt the holes in the head, but be prepared to snap a few needles..So keep several spares around.    I've seen it done, but I remember they said they did break a LOT of needles.

That is crazy!  It must not only be hard, but thick plastic.   Does anyone have pics of one of the newer CAM heads?   Mine is on the way, but I'd still like to see.

So do the wigs have bits to stick in the holes then? So you couldn't use wigs on a scalped rooted head?

I've read you can clip out the wig pegs and use double stick tape or velcro to use a wig on dehaired regular dolls.
