Dehairing g 3.5 large ponies.

Im strugglng with this boofheaded g3.5 large sized pony. Boiled her head and got her fringes out but the back circles of hair wont budge ive tried a screwdriver to breaks the glue and even tried needle from the outside inwards But broke numerous needles. Any ideas?

Boil her. Put her in a bag an stand on her head while the plastic is soft.
I've done it with a few g4's as a last ditch attempt to remove the glue.

Yup, lots of heat.  I also heated dry rice in a large sock in the microwave.  After boiling, I set the hairline on the sock and started yanking.  Much better.  That also worked for rehairing a stubborn Locket.  Busted 4 needles on her head.
