As I read the description it says it is MIB, or unused mlp from 1998. It wasn't well formulated but the seller said it was "new".

That's a great bargain. I'd expect her to be MIB: $25-$40

I'd say a great deal for $10 (and including shipping!)  I paid about $20 for that set plus shipping some years ago. I am no g2 expert,  but I can imagine it has only increased in value since then
