So I told my customer that I'd issue her a complete refund of the total cost to her including shipping if it didn't make it within six weeks... does this sound kosher?
yes that sounds fine - the Paypal deadline is 45 days, so its within that time
Hopefully it will arrive before then, but like some of the others mentioned, it can take longer

Mostly I'm just nervous since a lot of the neutral or negative feedback I seem to see on people's profiles deals with slow shipping times--which sucks, because vendors really don't have any control over that! I hope she isn't terribly upset--I did tell her to let me know if she was dissatisfied with what I proposed, and if so, I could remedy that... shrugs. They haven't contacted me back yet, so we'll see.
