lilico ~ she is harder to find than the regular haired starshine BUT she is easier to find than in the past, perhaps because we know to look out for her!

I remember I found at least 3 or 4 like that, here in Belgium. Not the easiest, but not the hardest. That's why I'm saying this.

yes i think she's hard to find, i never seen one for sale until this year. Thanks just pm me when you will get her, i agree starshine is just amazing , in every country.

i think location is key when i was on the hunt for mine a good few years back it was belgium ebay that i would find her on! i eventually got mine of kcat

and i agree starshine is the best rainbow pony though i think moonstone comes pretty close too
