Thanks everyone for your kind comments. She is the only one I own, so I am partial to her. I'm at least going to do Sunnybunch since she has the same saddle pattern. The others I would definitely do for a commission or trade, but I don't know if I will do them for myself.

The neck looks a bit oddly proportioned. G4 pony necks tend to be a bit smaller and taper out from the middle of the head instead of growing in size. If you're going for a chubby look, I'd say make the neck have a slight curve to it when going down. Neck is the only issue I can see, though. Otherwise, it's top-notch.

I'll check my source image I based her off of. Do you mean the back of the neck? I want her to look like she could walk out of the cartoon. I based her off of a pic of Rarity. Rarity's hair is almost always on her display side so it was covering up part of her neck, that could be the part that looks a little off. If you could show me an example of what you mean, that would be super.

Not an official source, but this is the basic female neck shape. Males (and some females) have a straighter neck, but most of the ponies have a neck shape like that.
