Does anyone specialize in Nirvana restorations?

I meant to restore my own ponies but my health is just too bad.    I have some Argies that are in need of some serious love - rehaired, symbols repainted, eyes repainted. Does anyone specialize in restorations, or should I just look for a customizer with a high skill set?

oh yes! SF rehaired a couple of mine a long time ago and she was great! ive never see her repainting.. ill have to go check it out
