The only other thing I saw was NBBE baby Lickety Split (at least I think it was her O.o). Mint Scoops and her apron as well as Satin and Lace probably helped drive it up.

Doesn't hurt that it's tax return season, either, so people are willing to burn more money than they normally would. That's a fantastic lot for a beginning collector!

Oh...I missed that bag on first glance through...that is weird! Looks like a mini version of the Blossom and Cotton Candy 1/2 pony bags.

Years ago I paid $100 for 100 ponies. Glad I did it then. Its still not a bad price individually and it builds up a whole collection in one buy.

It's not too bad of a price per pony, so I can see why someone would buy 'em up. It's definitely cheaper to buy 'em 1 @ a time, but sometimes I know I get so excited about getting a gigantic box of ponies I can't help myself & bid like a crazed woman.

It's not a bad price per pony.  More than I have to spend at one time but what an awesome box to get in the mail.
