airbrushing and testors dullcote??
« on: April 14, 2012, 08:38:46 AM »
hey there, I've not been on here for awhile (been upto my eyeballs in custom ponies :)
but, I've finally gotten around to getting an airbrush, got my acrylic paints etc.. but alot of people mention testors dullcote. Do I airbrush that on as well?? paint on with a brush? use the aerosol version??? and if I airbrush or paint on, do I water it down?

help... does anyone know???

The aerosol version of dullcote is a dream!  You can just airbrush the pony, let the paint cure for a few hours to a few days, then hit it with the dullcote and done!  It's how I've been sealing those bait shop baits as well if you have any handy.
