I just recently got into customizing and have finished two. Ellis requested the first for her mother.

loginFor Midnight Masquerade, I had Ellis airbrush the body (I will be learning soon) and I painted designs on the eyes and all the legs. I gave her some crystals, as Ellis' mom loves bling. Her cutie is on both sides and is actually a metal finding for jewelry. I made beaded dangles to hang off each side of the dangle. Her headpiece is a part from a necklace.
The second custom, Swan Prince, was made for the Save the Fakies competition.

loginFor the Swan Prince, I modified the neck to change the angle of the head. I also sculpted some on the neck and chest to give him a more swan-like appearance. The wings are made of individually sculpted feathers. the whole things was airbrushed, again with Ellis' help, and details painted on. the mane and tail are both made of real feathers glued in place. I added some beads that I thought looked like water bubbles and gave him a stack of crystals at his feet, since he reminded me of David Bowie as the Goblin King.
As these are my first customs, I would really appreciate any feedback that more experienced customizers can offer. I had a lot of fun doing both and look forward to my next project.
