Show me Sculpted shoes please?

Ive an idea floating around, and am thinking id like to make sculpted shoes, but would like to see what others have done, and any tips on how to go about doing it especially high heels?

I sculpted high heels on Frank.  I cut out a portion of the foot and superglued in a piece of acetate, then sculpted the shoe base and heel over it.  I did this so that it could look like he was wearing heels, but it wouldn't actually affect his height or stability.  Keep in mind that Frank's heels are meant to be platform 70's shoes with a super chunky, glittery heel. To make a thinner heels, just sculpt a thinner, pointier piece.  Sorry for all the pics, I am just trying to show the shoes from all angles.  ;)
