lol i saw that on facebook yesterday! that's what made me want to search out a tux n' tails, and i got lucky and scored one for $30!!!
it made me want to create a whole list of all the wedding ponies (i want to own them all! muhahaha)

I collect wedding Ponies too!   

Did anyone mention Prince Fauna and Princess Flora and Prince Blue Dream and Princess Golden Dream from G2?  I don't believe they were billed as "wedding ponies," but rather "romantic couples" ponies, were sold on a card together, and they TALKED!! Well, the girl pony talked.

I don't have any myself, but according to the G2 Collector's Inventory when the Prince kissed the Princess on the cheek (a heart mark is on that particular side), the Princess says "I love you" and a red heart light on her chest lights up. Awwww!  The trouble is once the batteries are dead, they're dead.  Boo hiss.

Prince Blue Dream and Princess Golden Dream are on eBay right now MOC.  Been listed for a good long time too ($120, I think), but shipping is worked in and the seller is not in the states.  They've been on my watch list for-ev-er!  LOL!

I love wedding ponies! Although strangely... I don't have any versions of SnL or Confetti yet. I think I'm biased towards the Bride moulds

zillahstarchild: lol, your comment compelled me to check my Golden Dream's batteries. By a strange fluke Fauna didn't work with her immediately and I had to pick up Blue Dream. Once Golden had told Blue she loved him she was willing to light up for Fauna. Fickle ponies My poor Flora doesn't work. I do have a vague memory of looking at them instore though, so I think they both say 'I love you! *kissing noise*' in the same voice.

relcelestia: is that the one where Glory is dressed as a groom? (I think Moondancer is the bride).

If romance ponies count (and in my collection they do) then there is also Love Letter, Love Token, Love Story and Love-In-A-Mist.

And, for the collector who must have every wedding/romance themed pony regardless of marketing:  there are the G1 Sweet Kisses ponies, G3 Graceful Glimmer (with that veil she really should be a bride), G3 Lullabelle (bell cutie marks and similar colouring to G1 Bridal Beauty) and G3 Tinka Tinka Too (more bells). And then there are the Valentines ponies... xD

Ah! Geez! The G1 porcelain Wedding Prance!  Good call, Rel.  I just smacked myself on the forehead and you know exactly why.  LOL!   

Candy_Bang:  Thanks so much for the other information on romance Ponies.  I'm completely out of my league with the other generations, as I'm a G3 collector exclusively.  I looooove the "love Ponies"---just a complete sucker for them.  I'm glad to have some other names to add my "wish list."  I'm not sure how willing you are to experiment on your Flora, but I'm just wondering if there's really no way to change her batteries.  I gasp while saying this but...can her head come off?  Admittedly, the thought is almost too much to bear.  I've yet to behead a Pony in the name of restoration.

No problem, I love the "love" ponies too, of any generation, and Love Token is totally a wedding pony ^_^ I'm not sure I'm kind of afraid to touch her 'cause it's been a while since Physics class. Although... she's already mute so I suppose I can't really break her. I'll report back if she looks fixable.
