It's a lovely idea, but as others have said Lego aren't going to touch a Hasbro property and vice versa. Pony Kre-Os would be awesome though.

(I worry that there is still the stupid boys toy vs girls toy stigma to construction toys though. Look at the backlash there was against Lego when they launched the Friends range.)
