I always keep in mind that most ponies has seen some strange things in al that time they already excist. So some spots and such are a part of the ponies life...and i wouldný bother with it if they sit on places you do not see them, but that's just MY view on the matter though!
She is a beauty and has gorgeous hair indeed!

couldn't agree more. With a pony like that, where the marks are in hidden places, I would not risk doing anything to her, I would just let her be. I´ve read too many "oops, I messed up my pony" threads here that I only subject ponies with obvious flaws to certain "procedures" :P

I've tried pure acetone on the large spot but it wouldn't budge.

Oh well, she displays well and I cant stop looking at her hair.

If it spreads, it spreads. If it doesn't then yay!
