This was my first transaction here in the Arena! 
Just before Easter 2013, I ordered several G3.5s and McDonalds ponies in various conditions (according to lengthy descriptions) via her eCrater after finding it here on the Arena. SunshinePony had no problem adding postage for Sweden and quickly re-calculated shipping totals for Sweden and charged me the cheapest shipping possible, all via PayPal.
Quickly after payment, the big parcel was dispatched. The ponies arrived in GREAT conditions, most slightly better than description! She also included a small Easter token and a personal hand-written note. This felt WAY more personal (not to mention fun) as opposed to, let's say, an eBay transaction. She's also been communicative with emails and PMs, highly appreciated for a newbie like me. ^^
All in all: 10 out of 10! Highly recommended!
