I participated in ABC's holiday toy drive raffle. The idea was that you bought raffle tickets by donating toys to a local toy drive, and received 1 raffle ticket for every $5 you spent.
I spent $120 buying toys for the raffle, which was supposed to be drawn after Christmas 2011. It was delayed until after New Years, and the ABC stopped checking in. After contacting her everywhere I could find her online, she came back and gave the prizes to some of the winners (June 2012). As of now, July 17th, 3 of the winners have still not received their prizes, and there has been no further contact from her.
