I bought from Washe 2 seaside babies with their floats.
It was a good experience as for the 1st time I received ponies with defaults (tail rust on the 2 babies, floats damaged etc..) and together we tried to work it out as it was nearly impossible for me to accept a total refund as I should have pay a very important shipping cost to Sweden to get them back correctly.
Washe refund me 100 SEK/ 11€, it was not what I have asked: the 2 floats are very damaged and to me,it is not 100% the fault of the post delivery because the floats were shipped in a simple letter without bubble wrap :o((.
However despite all this, I decided to give her a positive feedback as she has a good communication, answered quickly to mails and the ponies were shipped very quickly too.
