Lazy Jenny is a wonderful person to deal with, in any way. We had arranged a trade a few months ago: some of my G1 ponies for a custom pony made by Jenny. After many attempts, the custom just wouldn't work out properly. Jenny kept in contact and sent payment for the ponies promptly after apologizing for not being able to complete the custom (which was entirely not her fault). She is sweet, considerate, and a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend Jenny!
