It's been some years since I collected G1 MLP's, but they still make me smile whenever I see one. I didn't really like them as a child, but rather started collecting them secondhand as an art student with the excuse they would be for a project one day! Needless to say the art project never happened but I continued to collect any and every pony I found in charity shops and car boot sales until I had so many I didn't know what to do with them! This was in the late 1990's when they were much easier to come by. My heart skips a beat these days when I find one!

Unfortunately I had to sell most of my collection due to moving house, but I did live of the proceeds for some time. I have one or two dotted around which I brush nostalgically every now and again!
