Wow. I did not like that.
I didn't like Cupid (wtf was really the point of her?)
WTF happened to Deuce?? Not only was he removed from the theme but his character was f'ed up.
Yeah, why is Ghoulia suddenly torn between two guys when Slow-Mo was always otherwise her crush?
Torelei....no. Just no.
Valentine's voice/accent. Need I say more?
Draculaura is rather unlikeable as well.

Those are *just* the glaring things.

The only postives really were Jackson and Holt managed to not look like girls for a change.
The pink catgirl that's been around since the beginning got to shine a little. (There's Chesire Cat thoery on LJ. I like it. Makes sense.
Abbey! Characterwise she's really growing on me big time.

For the Abbey comparison, are her Leg warmers supposed to be uneven? or was that a minor defect?

I actually believe it quite a common defect with the 2nd edition Abbeys, but I could be wrong, but I've seen other pics of them with the mismatched legwarmers.

My sister was sort of collecting them before MH came out and I would get them to rob for Pullip clothes and occassionally for a body (hayden/katie match the golden tan girls really well) but I never photographed any and I'm not sure where they are at the moment. They are very pretty girls. They had more personality than any toyline dolls when they first came out and they're awesome quality for their price, I think you'll like them.

A few pics of the differences in Abbeys. I finally took pictures to note the differences between my Abbey and my sister's Abbey. (I have, thank goodness, a 1st edition and she has a second edition)
Major differences:
-Eye: 1st Edition has wider (better imo) eyes
-leg warmers: 2nd edition has two differnt sizes and they won't go down over her boots
-skin/skintone. They are two very noticibly different skintones and 2nd edition skin is rougher than the 1st
-stands. 1st edition has a light blue stand, 2nd a periwinkle color. I like the periwink color better

As of NOW the Skull Shores Abbeys are the same as the 1st edition Abbeys though mine is still a later one with the teal stand.

I've been thinking if they really do have a Drama Class Lala in the works, then there should surely be at least two others also in the works. I'm hoping that Deuce is one of them. Bitter disappointment if it's not true, but well, I can hope.

I'm positive we'll get Lala. I suppose there's the off-chance they won't make her... but I'll be surprised if we don't see her. I'd like to see either Abbey or Operetta get a Classroom doll as well.

Thanks about the Dragon. She's still in the rough stages of development despite the rooting.

As for the Classroom dolls, yeah, I agree we're more likely to see the Lala than not.

Also, I'm pretty sure his least/favorite class wasn't always called 'Culinary Arts', they've changed it. Maybe that's a good sign if my memoy isn't being spazzy, they've seperated it even more from Home Ick.

Well, Deuce's profile states that his favorite class is cooking class, he likes to cook. I have been totally wishing for a cooking class Deuce :3 ever since the classroom girls were announced. I'm thinking 'where's mah cooking Deuce?'

but anyways, I'm a person who likes boy dolls, so more is better for me as well. I have multiple Deuce's and Clawds and Jacksons and if the Gil tree ever blooms in full, will probably have multiples of him as well. Already salivating for a signature release of him and dying to see pics of the signature Jackson. Heck at this point, I'd even take a Manny Taur doll
