I agree that it is a yellowed Silver Storm.  To me, this looks like it is either sun damage or he was kept in a smoking household.

Without accessories and in good shape, I'd say he'd fetch $20-30, but in this condition definitely less than that.

thanks for all the help, i tried he-man.org, but even with my isp email address it wont let me register, so if anyone else has any other suggestions the would be appreciated

they were having vbulletin issues last week, not sure if that's why you weren't able to register or not, but you might try contacting the admin and see if that had anything to do with it.  here's the link:

I haven't bought stuff in several years (finished my collection YAY!) so these prices might be a little off, but they'll give you a place to start.

These all came from the end of the line, and are harder to find.  If these are in good condition, you will get the best prices for these:
Shower Power Catra - $200
Hidden Gold - $100
Windy Jumper - $100
Reflections in Red - $75
Colorful Secret - $75

These two fashions are from the first set, and pretty common.  If you're lucky, you might be able to get this for them:
Ready in Red - $15
Flower Power - $15

She-ra sells pretty well being the main character, but unfortunately the condition is pretty bad.  I'm just taking a stab at that one for $20.

Not really sure what to say about the Colorform either, since it's still shrink wrapped it's most likely complete, but that also makes it hard to tell what the damage is like from the mold.  Maybe the same as She-ra, $20.

I definitely recommend he-man.org if you're looking to sell these.  They are a great group over there, and will give you an honest and fair price.

Yeah Eien, I didn't know if they were still strict on that or not.  I was actually pretty surprised when they started opening branches off base after 9/11, and thought maybe they had loosened up their requirements a bit with that change, but maybe not.

Of the large national chains, I've found Wells Fargo and Chase to be evil, and Bank of America pleasant enough.  They can have a lot of fees, depending on what type of account you have, but I can only sing praises for their Claims/Fraud/Identity theft department.  Each time I've had a fishy charge come up on my account, they've take care of it quickly.

However, I much prefer dealing with Navy Federal Credit Union, the other place hubs and I use for our money.  I know they have several branches in the San Diego area, but it used to be they only took military/DoD people.  If they've changed that, and will allow anyone to open accounts with them, DO IT!  They are AWESOME!  I seriously can't talk them up enough, really.

If NFCU isn't an option, then I'd suggest checking out the other credit unions in the area.  I'm sure you'll find a nice one.  Good luck!

You can find these (or similar) at Lowes...in the hardware (?) section.  Near the chain cutting area in mine, there's a ton of drawers, you just have to look at the pictures on the front.  Should only cost you a $1-2, they come individually packaged.  I was hanging planters a couple years ago and ended up going to Lowes for the swivel snap hooks.  Hope that helps!

The Dollhouse / Question about MH Lagoona 2.0
« on: March 21, 2012, 09:33:54 AM »
I didn't want this to get lost in the current MH thread, since it was for an older doll, but if this should be there, I'm not opposed to having it moved.

Anyway, can someone tell me if ALL 2.0 Lagoona's came with the closed "hang ten" hand or if was random?  I want to buy one, but thought I should probably have all the info first.

THANKS!

PM sent wiccan!

I should have gotten back to everyone else too by now, so if you haven't heard from me, I either missed it or never got it.  Try again if you're worried.

I keep hoping they'll do re-releases of some of the older dolls.  I've only ever seen Signature Abbey once in person and at the time I didn't have funds for her.  And I still need a decent Signature Ghoulia, since mine's missing her arms.

If all your Sig Ghoulia needs is arms Bewilderness, you can buy extra parts from Mattel.  They are pretty reasonable too, I wanna say like $5-6.

LOL I think I'm awful at pricing, but I try to stick to $4-8 for shoes and $1-2 for most everything else with discounts for large lots or whole outfits. :lookround:
